This intermediate class for students who want to continue improving their watercolor skills and is best suited to students who have already taken a beginner workshop with me.

In this 3-hour intermediate workshop students will learn to create more advanced loose floral elements, with a specific focus on various leaf shapes, peonies, daisies/sunflowers, and minor secondary elements to add to floral compositions.

Topics covered include intermediate brush stroke techniques, wet on wet painting, layering, color theory, and color mixing. A complete kit of all my favorite watercolor supplies will be provided for students to take home as well as my instructional watercolor guide.

What to expect:

• A 3 hour class in a calming, welcoming environment

• Hands on, step by step instruction on intermediate watercolor techniques

• You’ll receive a complete kit of my favorite watercolor supplies, including: travel palette, 5 tubes of paint, round brush, watercolor paper block, and my instructional booklet on painting with watercolor

• Light refreshments will be provided
