In this welcoming beginner workshop students will learn simple techniques for painting landscapes with watercolor. Topics covered include basic brush stroke techniques, wet on wet vs. dry on wet, as well as how to mix various colors from a limited earth-tones palette.

The first portion of the class will be spent learning and practicing basic techniques. Students will spend the last portion of the class creating a landscape. A complete supply kit will be shipped directly to your address.

What to expect:

• A calming, welcoming virtual environment

• An up-close overhead camera view of beginner painting techniques

• Step by step verbal & visual instruction on how to create a simple landscape painting

• All paper, tools, paintbrushes, and paints necessary to complete your artwork will be shipped directly to you

This is a virtual workshop. Zoom link will be provided to ticket holders the week of the workshop.

Supply kits will be shipped out on October 1.
